Who are NERAF?<\/strong><\/p>\n

NERAF is a charity based within Sunderland that works with individuals and their loved ones who are affected by a Substances or Alcohol.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Do you have issues with Substances or Alcohol?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you feel you may have an issue with alcohol or substances, we can support you by offering information, advice, advocacy and emotional support.\u00a0 You can also have access to one-to-one, telephone and peer group sessions delivered by our Recovery Coaches and supported by our Volunteers. We can also offer support finding solutions to issues with accommodation, finances or physical and mental health issues.<\/p>\n

Do you have a loved one who has issues with Substances or Alcohol?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have a loved one with substance and alcohol issues and require information or support for yourself please contact us to see how we can help.\u00a0 We have support groups for friends and families or one to one support.\u00a0 Even if it is just to ask us a question you are unable to answer, whatever it may be, we are here to support you.<\/p>\n

Are you a Commercial Organisation or Business?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are a commercial organisation or business, we can offer training & awareness about alcohol and substance disorders.\u00a0 We can also help with your policies and procedures & provide you with information on referrals to specialist agencies.\u00a0 Please contact us for further information.<\/p>\n

Are you looking to work in partnership with NERAF to support our Communities<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Our team co-ordinate our own services and arrange relevant services offered by agencies in support areas such as Drug and Alcohol statutory services, housing, employment, mental health, financial, Domestic Abuse and family support. In this way we offer a \u2018one stop shop\u2019 of support and assistance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you would like to inform us about the services or support that your organisation offers that could mutually compliment our services please get in touch.<\/p>\n

Our work has recently been supported by Sunderland City Council, Greggs Foundation, Lloyds Bank Foundation, North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board and Awards for All.<\/strong><\/p>\n
