Coming in to the office; If you pop into our offices we will take a referral from you there and then, and will make an appointment with one of our Recovery Coaches as soon as possible.
Join one of our groups: Our groups are a drop-in service, there is no need for a referral . You can just turn up to any of our groups advertised on this website under need support.
Please note You don’t need to stay for the whole time the group is running, you can pop in for 5 mins or 2 hours it is completely up to you. Our groups are about getting to know and meet other people who are most probably going through the same difficulties as you! So you know you are not alone on your road to recovery and you don’t need to disclose your history to anyone..
